聚羧酸系减水剂在南水北调中线禹长段的应用

Application of poly carboxylic acid water reducer in Yuzhou-Changge section of Middle Route Project of South to North Water Diversion

在混凝土生产中适当添加减水剂可以极大改善混凝土的性能。结合南水北调中线工程禹长段三标工程,介绍了聚羧酸高性能减水剂在预拌混凝土及预应力混凝土管道灌浆料生产中的应用价值,如保证工作性能降低水胶比、提高强度、降低总碱量(预防混凝土碱骨料反应)及节约成本等,并简要说明了该减水剂在应用中存在的问题和注意事项,对今后类似工程减水剂的添加使用有较好的指导和借鉴作用。

In the production of concrete,adding reasonable amount of water reducer can greatly improve the concrete performance.Taking the Bid section 3 of Yuzhou-Changge section of Middle Route Project of South to North Water Diversion as example,the application of poly carboxylic acid water reducer in the grouting material production of ready-mixed concrete and pre-stressed concrete pipe were introduced,including ensuring workability,reducing water-binder ratio,improving concrete strength,reducing the total alkali content to prevent alkali-aggregate reaction and saving cost.Moreover,some existing problems and points for attention in application of water reducer were also described briefly.
