摘要
结合南水北调中线工程禹长段某倒虹吸管底地基水泥土换填施工实例,开展了水泥掺量高达15%的水泥土换填施工技术研究。大量的室内试验、生产性试验,以及施工过程中的检测成果表明,采用网格化的水泥摊铺方法、配合机械"路拌法"进行高掺量水泥土地基换填施工,对处理不良地质条件下的地基土层结构,具有施工速度快、工艺简便易行、处理效果好的特点。
Based on a practical case of cement soil replacement construction at the foundation of an inverted siphon,Middle Route Project of South to North Water Diversion,the cement soil replacement technology with high cement ratio up to 15%,was conducted.Large amount of indoor and field tests and on-site check data in the construction show that for the foundation soil layer under unfavorable geological conditions,the cement replacement works accomplished by gird cement pavement method and high content cement mixing by machinery has the characteristics of high construction speed,easy construction and better construction effect.
