摘要
为了研究南水北调中线禹长段渠道穿过煤矿采空区的渠基加固方法,选择典型渠段开展了生产性试验。通过试验所获得的大量数据统计分析,确定了灌浆钻孔孔排距、注浆压力、浆液配比、灌浆结束标准等重要施工参数;并由此制定了合理的后续施工方法,有效地解决了帷幕灌浆封闭的难题,在实际大规模施工中取得了良好的效果。
In order to find out the reinforcement construction method for underlying coal-mining area of Middle Route Project of South to North Water Diversion,some typical canal sections were selected to conduct productive trial construction.Through statistics and analysis on the large amount of data obtained in trial construction,the important construction parameters such as reasonable distance between rows of grouting holes,grouting pressure,slurry mixing proportion,grouting finish standards etc.were determined.According to the obtained construction parameters,the reasonable subsequent construction method was determined and the curtain grouting closing problem was effectively solved.The construction method was applied to practical construction in large scale and good effectiveness was achieved.
