摘要
目的 :了解使用自助式健康体检系统的人群和效果。方法 :问卷调查2012年9月至2013年9月社区居民使用情况。结果 :男女使用比例为103︰140;50岁以上为主;慢性病患者占72%。满意度为95%以上;85.8%的居民认为可以减少医疗费用;97.04%以上的居民认为对慢性病自我管理有帮助。结论 :自助式健康体检系统的使用有利于提高社区居民健康意识,对慢性病管理有着积极影响。
Objective：To learn the population and effect of using self-service health examination system. Methods：The residents were investigated with the questionnaire for their usage of self-service health examination system from September 2012 to September 2013. Results： The usage ratio of men to women was 103 to140. Most of them were over 50 years old. The proportion of the patients with chronic diseases was 72%, more than 95%of them were satisifed with this health service and 85.8%of them thought it could reduce the medical expense. Over 97.04%thought it was helpful for promoting the self-management of chronic diseases. Conclusion：Using the self-service health examination system is of beneift to improving the health awareness of the community residents which has a positive impact on the management of chronic diseases.
