脑卒中肢体功能恢复的家庭康复指导

Family rehabilitation guidance for improvement of limb function of patients with cerebral stroke

目的 :通过家庭康复指导恢复脑卒中患者肢体功能,改善脑卒中患者的生活质量。方法 :将患者分为脑卒中康复组30例和脑卒中对照组30例。康复组采用上门指导康复,疗程6个月。采用Fugl-Meyer评估法、运动年龄评估法和Brunnstrom脑卒中运动功能评估法对两组患者进行评估和比较。结果 :康复组30例患者经6个月康复指导,肢体功能均有不同程度提高。结论 :家庭康复指导有助于脑卒中患者肢体功能的恢复。

Objective：To enhance the limb function of the patients with cerebral stroke and to improve their life quality under the guidance of family rehabilitation. Methods：The patients were divided into the rehabilitation group and the control group with 30 cases each. The rehabilitation group was arranged door to door rehabilitation guidance for 6 months. The patients in two groups were assessed and compared with the assessment methods of Fugl-Meyer, the age of exercise and Brunnstrom. Results：The limb function of 30 patients with cerebral stroke in the rehabilitation group was improved in varying degrees after 6 months’ rehabilitation. Conclusion： Family rehabilitation guidance contributes to the improvement of limb function of the patients with cerebral stroke.
