摘要
在超声波环境中电沉积制备Ni-SiO2镀层。选取腐蚀速率作为指标,系统地研究了工艺参数对Ni-SiO2镀层耐蚀性的影响。结果表明:Ni-SiO2镀层的腐蚀速率随电流密度的增加和施镀时间的延长大幅增大,随镀液温度的升高微幅增大,但随超声波功率的增大先减小后增大。在超声波功率380 W,电流密度3A/dm2,镀液温度40℃,施镀时间10min的条件下,制备的Ni-SiO2镀层表现出优良的耐蚀性,在质量分数为15%的HCl溶液中的腐蚀速率为0.01mg/(mm2·d)。
The Ni-SiO2 coating was prepared in an ultrasonic environment.The influence of technological parameters on the corrosion resistance of Ni-SiO2 coating was systematically investigated with corrosion rate as index.The results show that the corrosion rate of Ni-SiO2 coating increases evidently with the increasing of current density and the prolonging of electroplating time,increases slightly with the rising of electrolyte temperature,however it decreases first and then increases with the rising of ultrasound power.The Ni-SiO2 coating obtained under the conditions of ultrasound power 380 W,current density 3 A/dm2,electrolyte temperature 40 ℃ and electroplating time 10 min shows an excellent corrosion resistance,and its corrosion rate in 15 % HCl solution is 0.01 mg/(mm2 · d).
