摘要
采用强酸性氯化亚锡溶液进行敏化处理,是化学镀镍前处理的重要工序之一.然而,由于溶液本身的性质及外界带来其他杂质的影响,Sn2+很容易被氧化成Sn4+,从而导致氯化亚锡溶液的稳定性很差.分析了导致敏化液不稳定的因素,并通过改变传统氯化亚锡溶液的工艺参数,将溶液的pH值由1.5调整至4.0~4.5,形成弱酸性配位体系,有效地提升了溶液的抗氧化能力,提高了敏化液的使用寿命,降低了化学镀镍的生产成本.
Sensitizing treatment using strong acidic SnCl2 solution is one of the important processes in pretreatment of electroless nickel plating.However,because of the nature of itself and the influence of other impurities brought from outside,Sn2+ are easy to be oxidized into Sn4+,which leads to a poor stability of SnCl2 solution.The factors causing the sensitizing solution unstable were analyzed,and the pH value of the solution was adjusted from 1.5 to 4.0~4.5 by changing the process parameters of traditional SnCl2 solution,forming a weak acid coordination system,thus the antioxidant capacity of the solution was effectively improved,the service life of the sensitizing solution extended,and the production cost of electroless nickel plating reduced.
