摘要
在功率放大器设计中,可采用谐波抑制电路抑制功率放大器的谐波分量,以此提高功率放大器的输出功率和功率附加效率。DGS具有很好的慢波、带阻特性,可以有效的改善谐波抑制电路性能。对微带DGS中加窗技术的应用进行了深入的研究。结果表明加窗技术可以有效的改善通带内射频传输特性的平坦度,实验测试结果良好。
In the design of power amplifiers, harmonic components of power amplifier can be suppressed by harmonic suppression circuit, so as to improve the output power and power added efficiency of power am- plifier. DGS exhibits remarkable slow--wave and band--stop characteristics, can suppress the harmonic effectively and improve the performance of circuit. Further research on the application of windowing techniques in microstrip DGS. The results show that windowing techniques can flats the passband of the amplifier effectively, the experimental results are satisfactory.
