In order to improve the teaching quality of microbiology experiments, we should reform the teaching content, teaching methods and the model, which stimulates the students enthusiasm and initiatives, cultivates the students＇ creative ability, and promotes overall improvement of students knowledge, ability and comprehensive quality.
