摘要
从教师的角度出发,采用问卷调查法了解初中数学教师在学案教学中心理适应、学案编制、实施教学、评价等情况,通过spss统计软件进行数据分析,提出教师应该努力转变角色,调整心态,抓住学案编制这一核心环节,渗透三维目标,加大分层设计力度,同时理清教学思路,优化课堂结构,实现增效减负。
From the perspective of teachers, the questionnaire was conducted to understand mathematics teachers" psychological adaptation, learning case preparation, teaching, evaluation in learning case teaching in junior middle school. We arrived at the conclusion of this research by using SPSS software to make the data analysis, proposed that teachers should change roles, adjust the mentality, grasp the core link of preparing the learning case by penetrating three dimensional target, increase the intensity of hierarchical design, clarify the teaching ideas and optimize the classroom structure to improve efficiency and reduce learning burdens.
