翻译技术与专业翻译人才培养

Translation Technology and the Training of Professional Translation Talents

经济的全球化、一体化对人才培养提出了新要求,当代社会呼唤创新型、复合型、应用型人才。就翻译服务行业而言,理想的翻译人才应该既懂双语、文化和相关专业知识,又懂翻译技术和翻译管理。我国的翻译人才培养一直比较重视前一种要求,但对翻译技术和翻译管理方面的培养相对滞后。鉴于此,本文从如下几个方面论述翻译技术教学对专业翻译人才培养的必要性和相关要求:当代社会对翻译服务和专业翻译人才的要求、翻译技术的优势、翻译技术教学的必要性、翻译技术课程设置与教学内容、翻译技术教学面临的困难与应对策略以及翻译技术教学个案分析。

An ideal translator should have not only a good command of the two languages and cultures and relevant professional knowledge, but also a good mastery of translation technology （TF） and management. In China, the translation training institutions have been laying emphasis on the former requirement while neglecting the latter. In view of the current state, this paper aims to deal with the necessity and relevant requirement of TT instruction in the training of professional translators in terms of the demands of current society on translation service and professional translators, advantages of TT, necessity of TT instruction, syllabus design and content, difficuhies in TT instruction and countermeasures, and a case study.
