摘要
为研究螺旋副螺纹参数对螺旋摆动油缸性能的影响规律,获得最优螺纹参数,在现有螺旋摆动油缸结构的基础上,建立了内螺旋环、活塞和输出轴构成的两级螺旋副系统三维模型,然后应用有限元软件ABAQUS合理划分网格并根据实际使用工况进行加载,分析了牙型角与螺距参数对螺旋摆动油缸效率、输出扭矩等性能参数的影响规律,并得到了螺旋摆动油缸综合性能较佳的螺纹参数,分析结果对螺旋摆动油缸性能优化具有一定工程指导意义。
In order to research the rules of the influence on the performances of helical rotary cylinder by the thread parameters of spiral pair to obtain the optimal parameters of the thread,the three dimensional (3D)entity model of double-helix pairs system composed of inner spiral ring,piston and output shaft was established based on the existing structure of helical rotary cylinder. And then,mesh was reasonably divided,boundary conditions and actual using conditions were correctly loaded in using FEM analysis ABAQUS. The rules of influence on the efficiency,output torque and other performance parameters of helical rotary cylinder by the thread angle and pitch parameters were analyzed. Moreover the thread parameters making best comprehensive performance of helical ro-tary cylinder were discovered. The analysis results have certain engineering guiding significance in optimizing performance of helical ro-tary cylinder.
