摘要
发电厂汽轮机的液压系统供油动力是由齿轮泵提供的,齿轮泵发生故障将会影响汽轮机的安全运行,为此,采用峰值法及相应的艾默生(Emerson)的CSI 2130机械状态分析仪诊断齿轮泵故障。实践表明:峰值分析法可以将细微的故障信号从众多噪声信号中分辨出来,明确地判别齿轮和轴承故障迹象,具有较高的准确性和可靠性。
The power of oil of Turbine’s hydraulic system in a power plant was provided by gear pumps,and fault occurred in the gear pumps would affect Turbine’s safety operation. Therefore,Peak Vue technology and related Emerson CSI 2130 vibration analysis machine were used to diagnose gear pump’s fault. Practice proves that the Peak Vue technology is good at telling the fine fault signal a-part from noise signals,and clearly estimating the fault signal of gears and bearings with high accuracy and reliability.
