疏肝补肾安神汤结合西药治疗更年期抑郁症48例临床观察

Clinical Effect of Shugan Bushen Anshen Decoction Combined with Western Medicine for Menopausal Depression:An Observation of 48 Cases

目的:观察中西医结合治疗更年期抑郁症的临床疗效。方法:将更年期抑郁症患者96例按随机数字表法分为2组各48例。2组均给予尼尔雌醇和帕罗西汀,观察组加用疏肝补肾安神汤治疗。4周为1疗程,均治疗2疗程。比较2组临床疗效和汉密尔顿抑郁症状评定量表(HAMD)评分变化情况。结果:总有效率观察组85.4%,对照组68.7%,2组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗后HAMD评分比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗更年期抑郁症临床疗效显著,值得推广使用。

Objective： To inves tigate the clinical efficacy of Shugan Bushen Anshen decoction combined with wes tern medicine for menopaus al depres s ion. Methods：Ninety- s ix cas es of menopaus al depres s ion patients were randomly divided into obs ervation group and control group,48 cas es in each group. Patients of both groups received oral us e of nyles triol and paroxetine,and the obs ervation group was given Shugan Bushen Anshen decoction additionally. The treatment las ted 2 cours es covering 8 weeks. Clinical efficacy and s cores of Hamilton rating s cale for depres s ion（HAMD） were obs erved before and after treatment. Results：The total effective rate was 85.4% in the obs ervation group,and was 68.7% in the control group,the difference being s ignificant（P 0.05）. After treatment, the difference of HAMD s cores between the two groups were s ignificant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Shugan Bushen Anshen decoction combined with wes tern medicine is effective for menopaus al depres s ion,and is expected for extens ive clinical us e.
