摘要 研究利用新型的改性聚苯乙烯-二乙烯基苯固相萃取柱(Bond Elut Plexa)净化浓缩高粱中的黄曲霉毒素B1,可去除基质中大部分脂类、蛋白质和全部的高粱红色素.经高效液相色谱分析,此方法在5~100 μg/L范围内具有良好的线性(R2=0.9996),较高的准确性(平均回收率为93.7%),较强的重复性(RSD %=4.96%),较低的检出限(0.57 μg/L)和定量限(1.90 μg/L).该方法有效地降低了检测成本,简化了操作程序,为企业建立原料质量安全体系和真菌毒素检测方法提供了技术支撑. In this study,AFB1 in sorghum was cleaned by the improved Bond Elut Plexa SPE which could remove most of lipids and proteins and all of sorghum pigment.Then AFB1 was analyzed by HPLC-FLD.This method had a good linearity (R2 =0.9996) between 5~100 pg/L,a good accuracy (recovery =93.7 %),strong repeatability (RSD % =4.96 %),and low LOD (0.57 μg/L) and LOQ (1.90 μg/L).The use of such method could effectively reduce the detection cost,simplify the operation procedures and provide technical support for enterprises to establish raw materials quality safety system and the detection ofmycotoxins in practice.
