摘要
近年来,食品安全已成为社会关注的热点问题。白酒的质量安全是现时白酒行业和社会关注的食品安全问题之一。为保证白酒中塑化剂检测的准确性,对利用气相色谱质谱联用仪(GC-MS)检测白酒中的塑化剂的影响因素进行了分析,并提出了具体的建议。
In recent years,food safety has attracted great concern of the society.The quality and safety of liquor is one of the hot issues in food safety problems.In this study,the factors influencing the detection of plasticizer in liquor were analyzed by use of GC-MS,and the solutions were put forward to ensure the detection accuracy of plasticizer in liquor.
