摘要
利用气相色谱技术对葡萄酒中甜蜜素的检测方法进行了探讨,并针对方法中一些具体前处理步骤如去除酒精的具体方法、放在冰浴中的具体时间以及摇动频率进行了多方位比较分析,改进了样品处理方法,建立了具体的测定葡萄酒中甜蜜素含量的方法,使样品处理方法简单,定性准确,定量回收率高,适合葡萄酒中甜蜜素的定量定性分析测试。
The detection methods of sodium cyclamate in grape wine were discussed by using gas chromatography.Some pretreatment operations such as the removal of alcohol,the appropriate time for ice bathing,and shaking frequency were anlayzed comprehensively.Those pretreatment operations got improved and new detection methods had been set up.The newly-developed detection method was simpler with accurate qualitative determination and high recoveries and it was suitable for quantitative and qualitative analysis of sodium cyclamate in grape wine.
