摘要
建立了高效液相色谱法测定配制酒中6种人工合成色素(柠檬黄、苋菜红、胭脂红、日落黄、诱惑红、亮蓝)的方法.采用C18色谱柱,以甲醇与0.02 mol/L乙酸铵溶液为流动相进行梯度洗脱,流速为1 mL/min,紫外检测器检测波长为254 nm和600 nm,柱温为25℃,在此条件下进行检测.结果显示,该方法测定检出限为2.5 μg/mL,线性范围为0.010~0.120 mg/mL,加标回收率为92.0%~104.4%,相对标准偏差在1.4%~4.5%之间.该方法操作简便、准确、快速,能够同时检测6种合成色素的含量.
HPLC was applied for simultaneous determination of 6 kinds of synthetic pigments (tartrazine,amaranth,carmine,sunset yellow,allura red,and brilliant blue) in compound wine in the experiment.A C18 column was adopted,methanol and 0.02 mol/L ammonium acetate used as mobile phase,gradient elution with flow rate at 1.0 mL/min,the wavelengths of UV detector were at 245 nm and 600 nm,and column temperature was at 25 ℃.The experimental results suggested that the detection limits of HPLC was 2.5 μg/mL,the linear range was 0.010~0.120 mg/mL,the recoveries were within the range of 92.0 % ~ 104.4 %,and the RSD were within the range of 1.4 %~4.5 %.Such method was reliable with simple operation for simultaneous determination of 6 kinds of synthetic pigments content in compound wine.
