主动错流式MBR与A^2O联用处理生活污水研究 被引量:1

摘要 将自主研发的主动错流式膜分离器(RMBR)安装在A2O工艺的好氧池而形成A2O-RMBR工艺依靠膜分离技术强化传统A2O工艺对有机物和氮、磷的去除。采用该组合工艺处理苏州某厂区生活污水,除污效果良好且稳定,平均出水COD、NH+4-N、TN和TP分别为41.8、0.78、5.5、0.45 mg/L,去除率分别为91.7%、96.2%、89.7%和90%,出水水质稳定达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)的一级A标准。 A rotating membrane module was installed in the oxic tank of the traditional A^2O process to form a combined A^2O - RMBR system, which can enhance the removal of nitrogen, phosphor- us and organics by membrane separation technology. This combined system was used to treat domestic sewage from a factory in Suzhou. The results showed that the A^2O - RMBR system had excellent treatment efficiency with good resistance to various organic loading rates. The average effluent concentrations of COD, NH4^+ - N, TN and TP were 41.8 mg/L, 0.78 mg/L, 5.5 mg/L and 0.45 mg/L respectively, and the removal rates were 91.7% , 96.2% , 89.7% and 90% respectively. The effluent quality could meet the first level A criteria specified in the Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant ( GB 18918 - 2002).
