微滤膜与混凝集成反应器处理微污染水源水研究

摘要 采用微滤膜与混凝集成反应器(简称膜混凝反应器,MCR)处理某湖水,规模为0.5m^3/h。结果表明:当氯化铁投加量为30~50mg/L、粉末炭投加量为20~30mg/L时,MCR对微污染水中浊度、有机物和细菌具有良好的去除效果;试验期间出水浊度和菌落总数分别低于0.3NTU和30CFU/mL;当原水为《地表水环境质量标准》(GB3838-2002)规定的Ⅴ类水时,出水水质基本可以满足《生活饮用水卫生标准》(GB5749-2006)的要求;当原水是劣Ⅴ类水时,出水水质接近饮用水标准。 Membrane coagulation reactor (MCR) was used for the treatment of lake water. The capacity of the reactor was 0.5 m^3/h. The results indicated that turbidity, bacteria and organic pollutants were effectively removed when dosages of ferric chloride and powdered activated carbon (PAC) were 30 to 50 mg/L and 20 to 30 mg/L, respectively. Turbidity and total bacterial count in finished water were less than 0.3 NTU and 30 CFU/mL, respectively. When the raw water was under the V criteria specified in the Environmental met the requirement not meet V criteria, Quality Standards for Surface Water (GB 3838 -2002 ) , the finished water quality of Standards.for Drinking Water Quality ( GB 5749 - 2006 ). When the raw water did the finished water quality was close to the standard.
