摘要
混凝/膜过滤过程可以分离、浓缩污水中有机物,有望实现生活污水的直接处理。但混凝/膜过滤过程中形成的化学泥饼层对膜污染的影响复杂。通过超滤杯过滤试验,证实了混凝/膜过滤过程中形成的化学泥饼层可以提高膜通量,并能增强有机物截留效果,减缓膜的不可逆污染。在泥饼层过滤模式下,四次过滤后膜通量能够恢复到初始通量的85%,这对设计有自动水力清洗设备的膜混凝反应器的长期运行具有现实意义。
Coagulation/membrane filtration process could directly treat domestic sewage by separating and concentrating pollutants. The effect of cake layer formed in coagulation/membrane filtration process on membrane fouling was complex. The ultrafiltration cell test proved that the cake layer could improve membrane flux, enhance rejection rate of organic compounds and alleviate the irreversible membrane fouling. In cake layer filtering mode, membrane flux could be restored to 85 % of the initial flux after four filtration cycles, which had practical significance for the long operation of coagulation/membrane reactor with automatic hydraulic cleaning equipment.
