磁加载强化活性污泥法处理垃圾渗滤液的研究 被引量:5

摘要 采用合建式完全混合曝气沉淀池处理稀释后的垃圾渗滤液,在曝气区投加磁粉,磁粉被活性污泥快速吸附,形成密度和粒径都较大的磁活性污泥,从而提高了污泥沉淀效率和回流污泥浓度,间接提高了曝气区的生物量。在试验条件下,每隔3~4d投加20g磁粉,当磁粉投加量达到3~4g/L时,曝气区MLVSS可从2000mg/L左右缓慢增加至5500mg/L左右,同时对COD和氨氨的去除率可分别从45%和35%增加至83%和66%左右。 The completely mixed aeration sedimentation tank was used to treat diluted landfill leachate. The magnetic powder (Fe304 ) was added into the aeration zone and adsorbed by activated sludge to form the magnetic sludge with high density and size. As a result, the sludge sedimentation efficiency and the returned sludge concentration were improved, and the biomass in the aeration zone was in- creased indirectly. 20 g of magnetic powder was added every 3 to 4 days under the experimental conditions. When the dosage of magnetic powder was 3 to 4 g/L, MLVSS could slowly increase from about 2 000 mg/L to about 5 500 mg/L, and the removal rates of COD and NH3 - N could increase from about 45% and 35% to about 83% and 66% respectively.
