扶阳罐走罐加温灸治疗女性更年期失眠48例

Clinical Observation on Fuyang Cupping Combined With Moved Warm Moxibustion in Treatment With Menopause Insomnia of 48 Cases

目的观察扶阳罐走罐加温灸治疗女性更年期失眠的临床疗效。方法将84例更年期失眠患者随机分为治疗组48例和对照组36例。治疗组用扶阳罐走罐加温灸治疗每日1次,连治7次,休息3天。对照组口服谷维素、维生素B1每日3次,必要时晚上睡前加服舒乐安定。两组均30天后评价疗效。结果治疗组与对照组,总显效率与总有效率分别为75.0%和27.8%,97.9%和80.6%。均P<0.01。治疗组总显效率与总有效率均优于对照组。结论扶阳罐走罐加温灸治疗女性更年期失眠临床疗效好,且方法简单,副作用少,值得推广。

Objective To observe effects of Fuyang cupping combined with warm moxibustion in treatment of menopause insomnia .Methods 84 patients with menopause insomnia were randomly divided into treatment group of 48 patients and control group of 36 patients.TheTreatment group were taken Fuyang cupping and warm moxibustion treatment for 7 times a day then stopping 3 days.The control group weretreated with oryzanol and vitamin 3 times a day.If necessary before going to bed at night they were increased oral estazolam .Both groupswere evaluated after 30 days.Results Treatment group and control group total significant effect rates and total effective rates were 75.0%and 27.8%, 97.9% and 80.6% （P〉0.01）.The total significant rates and total effective rates of treatment group was better than thecontrol group.Conclusion Clinical application of Fuyang cupping and warm moxibustion treatment of women menopause insomnia had abetter effective.And the method was simple, less side effects and should be widely used.
