腰椎间盘突出症的中医疗法及辨证施护

Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation With Traditional Chinese Medicine Therapy and Dialectical Nursing

目的探讨中医疗法及辨证施护在腰椎间盘突出症治疗中的意义。方法 95例患者根据中医辨证分型,采取不同的治疗及护理措施。结果 95例患者中,临床治愈58例,显效22例,有效7例,无效8例,总有效率达92%。结论根据不同症型,选择合适的护理方法,可提高疗效,利于患者康复。

Objective To investigate traditional Chinese medicine therapy and nursing in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation in meaning . Methods 95 cases were selected according to syndrome differentiation of Chinese medicine and taken different treatment and nursing measures.Results Among the 95 cases 58 cases were cured, effective in 22 cases and 7 cases, ineffective in 8 cases.The total effective rate was 92%.Conclusion According to different disease type , choosing the suitable nursing methods could improve the curative effects and good for the recovery of the patients .
