摘要 随着采矿工业、有色金属冶炼与加工以及电镀行业的发展,这些行业生产过程中排放的大量的含重金属离子酸性废水造成的环境污染越来越严重,寻求行之有效的生物处理工艺早已成为环境工程界普遍关注的问题。在厌氧条件下,可以利用硫酸盐还原菌还原硫酸根的特性处理含重金属离子酸性废水。文章综述了硫酸盐还原菌的生理特性,分析了利用硫酸盐还原菌处理含重金属离子酸性废水的研究现状,并对利用SRB处理高硫酸盐废水的技术进行了展望。 With the development of mining, non-ferrous metal smelting and processing, electroplating industry, The industry production process emissions a large amount of acid wastewater containing heavy metal ion, which cause environmental pollution more and more serious. Seek effective biological treatment technology has become the common concerns for environmental engineering problems. Under anaerobic conditions ,Sulfate-reducing bacteria can generate hydrogen sulfide by reduction of sulfuric acid root ion, which can be used for the treatment of acid wastewater containing heavy metal ion. The article summarizes the ecological characteristics of sulfate reducing bacteria. The research status of using sulfate reducing bacteria to deal with acid wastewater containing heavy metal ion was analyzed. And the technology of using sulfate reducing bacteria to deal with wastewater is prospected.
