摘要 涠洲11-1油田A13h、A14h井,垂深1000m左右,水垂比分别达2.92和2.15,尤其是A13h井是近年来北部湾所钻的水垂比最大的大位移井。二开12-1/4"井段采用PHPA/KCL体系,三开8-1/2"井段采用PRD体系完成大位移井段作业。现场应用效果表明,PHPA/KCL体系具有较好的抑制防塌效果,以及较好的润滑效果,PRD体系携砂和储层保护效果良好,满足了大位移井对井眼净化的要求,确保了该大位移井钻井作业的顺利进行。 The vertical depths of WZ11-1 A13h&A 14h are about 1000m, and ratio between horizontal and vertical are 2.92 and 2.15,respectively. Particularly, A13h has the largest ratio between horizontal and vertical in Beibu Gulf recent years. PHPA/KCI drilling fluid was used to drill 12-1/4" bore hole, and PRD was used to drill 8-1/2" bore hole. Field applications show that, the optimized PHPA/KCL drilling fluid not only has the excellent inhibitory but also has the good lubricity. PRD gave the good carrying capacity and reservoir protection. This drilling fluid can satisfy the drilling of highly-displacement well.
