摘要
采用1,3-二甲基金刚烷的同分异构体全氢苊为原料,最具代表性的friedel-crafts型酸性催化剂无水氯化铝为催化剂,进行烷烃的异构化反应,再经过精馏得到1,3-二甲基金刚烷.本文主要研究了反应温度、反应时间以及催化剂的质量和用量对异构化反应的影响.在优化后的反应条件下,异构化反应转化率可达到85 %~90%.
The isomer of 1,3-Dimethyladamantane perhydroacenaphthene as raw material, Friedel-Crafts acid catalyst and anhydrous aluminium chloride as the most representative catalysts, isomerization of atkanes, then 1,3-Dimethyladamantane obtained by distillation. This paper mainly studied on the effect of reaction temperature, reaction time and catalyst dosage on the quality and the isomerization reaction. Under the optimized reaction conditions, the conversion rate of the isomerization reaction can reach 85 %-90 %.
