煤制气装置压缩机组的电子调速器控制设计

摘要 介绍了空气压缩机的调速器控制系统构成,系统阐述了磁阻式传感器的工作原理及测速齿轮的参数要求,介绍了传感器输出电压计算方法,为探头选型及确定测速盘相关参数提供依据,以典型的离心式透平压缩机空压机为例,介绍测速系统的构成、探头的实际应用、三重化控制系统TRICON TS3000的特点及脉冲卡工作原理,介绍三选二速度选择方式,简单介绍控制对象压缩机工作原理及速度控制过程,结合空气压缩机升速曲线,将压缩机的运行状态分成多个模式来进行描述,确定不同模式下的目标转速范围,将动态的目标值作为速度控制PID的给定值,经过PID运算,输出信号控制调速器的开关大小,进而调整蒸汽量的大小,实现转速控制。所有功能均在1131软件开发,将压缩机联锁保护、自动启机升速、速度控制过程融和成一体,进行软件编辑,实现了压缩机的自动启机、暖机自动倒计时,一键式正常停机,完全实现了压缩机转速的自动控制和安全运行。为汽轮机速度测量及控制提供参考,对调速器改造有了很好的借鉴意义。 The page introduces the air compressor's speed control system, systematically describes working principle of the magnetic resistance sensor and the parameters of the gear speed, introduces the sensor output voltage calculation method, according this method to select probe and determine the relevant parameters for speed panel. With typical centrifugal compressor turbine compressor as the example, this paper introduces the structure of the measure speed system, the actual application of the probe, the triple control system TRICON TS3000 characteristics and working principle of pulsed module, two out of three speed selection mode, simply introduces control object compressor working principle and speed control process, combined with air compressor start up curve, describe compressor running status with multiple mode, determine the target speed limits in different mode, the dynamic target value as the given value of speed control PID, after the PID calculation, the output signal will control the switch, and adjust the quantity of steam to realize speed control. All the functions development in 1131 software, it combines with compressor interlock protection, automatic start up compressor and speed control process. Through the software edition, it can realize the compressor automatically start up, warm start up automatically countdown, normally stop compressor with one key type. And fully realize the speed of compressor automatic control and safety operation. It also provides a reference for turbine speed measurement and control, and especially for governor transformation.
