摘要
探讨国内外关于生物和非生物诱导子对各种药用植物悬浮细胞中多种次生代谢产物的产量的影响及其诱导机制,通过分析认为,现有的单一的生物诱导子或非生物诱导子(茉莉酸甲酯、β-环糊精、Ag+、真菌诱导子、黑曲霉、米曲霉等)诱导的方法,存在作用弱、产量较低,底物选择性低等缺点,而联合诱导子(茉莉酸甲酯和β-环糊精或者水杨酸、Ag+和真菌诱导子;或者黑曲霉和米曲霉)对萜类、生物碱类、酮类、皂苷和蒽醌等产物的诱导作用则强于单一的诱导子,这一新技术方法,为通过植物细胞工业化放大生产天然产物提供了有益的途径。
To investigate the effects and its related mechanisms of the different biotic elicitor and abiotic elicitors on the increase of production of secondary metabolism in plant suspension cell cultures. The correlate analysis showed that the method of the single application of the biotic elicitor or the abiotic elicitors(Methyl jasmonate, β-Cyclodextrin; Ag^+, fungal elicitor; Aspergillus niger, Aspergillus oryzae )was limited because of its lower effect and yield and poor selectivity on substrates .while the synergistic induction effects of the biotic elicitor and abioticelicitors(Methyl jasmonate and β-Cyclodextrin or salicylic acid, Ag^+, and fungal elicitor, or Aspergillus niger and Aspergillus oryzae) could largely increase the terpenes ,alkaloids, nthraquinones and ketones production and so on, and thus has become a very promising pathway for the industrial amplification of natural production of plant cell culture model.
