一种大面积OLED模组均匀调光技术研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对大面积OLED模组中出现的颜色漂移、亮度不均匀等问题,本文从三基色白光OLED光源的电源管理和RGB三基色亮度系数配比调节两方面着手,研究一种改善OLED模组色温及亮度均匀性的控制方法。首先,通过电源管理改变OLED模组的工作电压,从而对OLED模组的亮度进行粗调。然后,采用调节RGB三基色亮度系数方式,改变R/G/B三基色的配比及大小,实现对OLED模组亮度进一步地细调以及色温的连续调控。实验结果表明,该方法较好地解决了OLED模组中各个OLED色块由于负载、工艺制作等原因造成的色温和亮度差异,使得各个OLED色块之间亮度及色温的偏差分别缩小到5cd/m2、100K范围内。有效提高了OLED模组发光的均匀性,实现了OLED光源照明的大面积化。 Organic light emitting diode (OLED) lighting module often has the problems of nonuniform distribution of luminance and color drift.In order to solve these problems,an improved control method of color temperature and luminance uniformity of OLED module is introduced in this paper,which is based on power management and luminance coefficient of RGB tricolor for white OLED lighting.Firstly,the power management changes the OLED module' working voltage,and then the OLED module's brightness is controlled coarsely.What's more,with the way of adjusting three primary colors RGB's coefficient,by changing the ratio and the size of the three primary colors R/G/B,it can realize the further fine tuning for the OLED module's brightness and its color temperature continuously.The experiment result shows that the method can solve the OLED module‘s color temperature and brightness deviation due to the OLED color block's load,production process and other reasons,thus each OLED color block's brightness and color temperature deviation is reduced to range of 5 cd/m2 and 100 K.While it improves the uniformity of the OLED module's luminescence and realizes OLED light source illuminate at a large area.
