摘要
本文根据建筑幕墙试件图纸及其热循环试验方案要求,研制了热循环试验装置。通过太阳灯管给幕墙试件加热,使用热电偶测量温度,达到预设温度后,通过温控仪对太阳灯进行控制,维持幕墙试件温度一段时间后断电,使用水淋与空调制冷的方法使试件温度达到常温。应用实例表明,该技术能满足试验方案要求,幕墙试件温度均匀,升温与降温速度较快,效果良好。
According to the drawings of building curtain wall specimens and the requirements of thermal cycling test, thermal cycling test device is developed. The curtain wall specimen is heated by solar lamps, and the temperature is measured by thermocouples. After reaching the preset temperature, the solar lamps are controlled by the temperature controllers to maintain the curtain wall specimen temperature. Then, disconnecting the power, the specimen is cooled to room temperature with water and air conditioning. The thermal cycling test technology can meet the test requirements. The specimen temperature is uniform, and the heating and cooling is fast. The effect is satisfactory.
