黄芪联合1,6-二磷酸果糖治疗小儿秋季腹泻合并病毒性心肌炎

Astragalus Membranaceus Combined with Fructose 1,6-diphosphate for Rotavirus Enteritis Complicated by Viral Myocarditis in Children

目的探讨黄芪联合1,6-二磷酸果糖治疗小儿秋季腹泻合并病毒性心肌炎的疗效和安全性。方法将60例秋季腹泻合并病毒性心肌炎患儿按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。对照组给予常规综合治疗,观察组在对照组基础上还同时给予黄芪联合1,6-二磷酸果糖治疗,判定2组临床效果及安全性。结果观察组患者总有效率明显高于对照组(100.00%比80.00%,P<0.05),且CK、CK-MB、HBDH恢复时间及住院时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论黄芪联合1,6-二磷酸果糖治疗小儿秋季腹泻合并病毒性心肌炎疗效确切。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of Astragalus membranaceus combined with fructose 1,6-diphosphate in the treatment of rotavirus enteritis complicated by viral myocarditis in children. Methods Sixty children with rotavirus enteritis and viral myocarditis were randomly given routine treatment alone （control group,n=30） or in combination with Astragalus membranaceus and fructose 1,6-diphosphate （observation group,n=30）.Clinical efficacy and safety were evaluated in both groups. Results Compared with control group,Astragalus membranaceus combined with fructose 1,6-diphosphate resulted in a significant increase in total effective rate 100.00% vs 80.00% and a significant decrease in recovery time of CK ,CK-MB and HBDH and length of hospital stay （all P〈0.05）. Conclusion Astragalus membranaceus combined with fructose 1,6-diphosphate is effective for rotavirus enteritis complicated by viral myocarditis in children.
