摘要
基于电涡流的基本原理,以镍铬合金导线为测量线圈,将导线绕制在陶瓷骨架上构成涡流探头,结合由信号源、放大模块和信号处理模块组成的前置器,设计制作了电涡流位移传感器.该传感器能在高温状态下、大温度变化范围(25~400℃)内长期稳定工作,具有结构简单、抗干扰能力强和测量精度较高等特点.
Based on the principal of eddy current, an eddy current detector is made by taking the nichrome wire as measurement winding which is wound around the ceramic frame, and by combining the proximitor which is composed of signal source, amplifier module and signal processing module, the eddy current displacement sensor is designed and made. The sensor, which is able to work stably for a long time in high temperature and in a large variation range of temperature from 25-400℃, has characteristics of simple structure, strong anti-interference ability and higher measurement accuracy.
