摘要
目的探讨MRI和CT在脑膜瘤诊断中的价值。方法收集59例脑膜瘤的影像学资料,并进行分析。结果 59例脑膜瘤中男15例,女44例,男女之比1∶2.9;多数单发(57/59,96.6%),病灶多位于大脑镰和颅骨内板下(42/57,73.7%)。CT平扫呈稍高或高密度。MRI平扫T1WI以等信号(23例)和稍低信号(16例)、T2WI以等信号(12例)和稍高信号(26例)为主,增强扫描后大部分呈均匀明显强化(32/41,78.0%),CT和MRI均可见硬脑膜尾征和瘤周水肿。结论脑膜瘤的CT和MRI影像学表现对该病的术前诊断具有重要价值。
Objective To evaluate the value of CT and MRI in the diagnosis of meningioma. Methods The imaging data of 59 cases of meningioma were collected and analyzed. Results Among 59 cases of meningioma, there were 15 cases of male, and 44 cases of female,with the ratio of 1 ∶ 2.9. Most cases had single lesion(57/59, 96.6%), and most lesions were located at cerebral falx region and skull inner plate(42/57, 73.7%). The lesions showed high density on plain CT scan. Most lesions demonstrated slightly low signal(16 cases) or equisignal(23 cases) on T1WI of MRI scan, slightly high signal(26 cases) and equisignal(12 cases) on T2WI. After Gd-DTPA injection, most had obvious homogeneous enhancement(32/41, 78.0%). Dural tail sign and peritumorous edema were found on CT and MRI scan.Conclusions The imaging performances of CT and MRI are effective to preoperative diagnosis of meningioma.
