双歧三联活菌片联合蒙脱石散治疗小儿急性腹泻的疗效观察

Clinical Efficacy of Bifid Triple Viable Bacterial Tablets Combined with Montmorillonite Powder in the Treatment of Infantile Acute Acdiarrhea

目的探讨双歧三联活菌片联合蒙脱石散治疗小儿急性腹泻的有效性与安全性。方法将150例急性腹泻的患儿随机分为观察组和对照组,每组75例。两组患儿予以基础治疗的同时,对照组给予蒙脱石散、观察组给予双歧三联活菌片联合蒙脱石散治疗,对两组患儿的疗效及并发症进行比较分析。结果观察组的总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组的体温恢复正常时间、呕吐缓解时间、腹痛缓解时间及排便恢复正常时间均明显少于对照组,差异分别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基础治疗与双歧三联活菌片联合蒙脱石散治疗小儿腹泻,能明显提高疗效,无严重不良反应发生。

Objective To explore the effectiveness and safety of bifid triple viable bacterial tablets combined with montmorillonite powder in the treatment of infantile acute diarrhea. Methods One hundred and fifty cases of children with acute diarrhea were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 75 cases in each group. Both groups received basic treatment, in addition, patients in the control group were treated with montmorillonite powder, and patients in the observation group were treated with bifid triple viable bacterial tablets combined with montmorillonite powder. The clinical effect and complications were analyzed and compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P 0.05）. The time of body temperature returned to normal, vomiting remission, abdominal pain remission and bowel recovery to normal time of the observation group was significantly less than that of the control group（P 0.05）. Conclusions On the basis of basic therapy, bifid triple viable bacterial tablets combined with montmorillonite powder can effectively improve curative effect in the treatment of infantile acute diarrhea, and has no sever adverse reactions.
