Application Effect of High Quality Nursing Service in Obstetrics Department

目的探讨优质护理服务在产科的应用效果。方法回顾性分析849例产妇的完整资料,其中将实施优质护理服务的364例产妇定义为观察组,把实施优质护理服务之前的485例产妇定义为对照组,比较两组产妇的护理质量满意度、医疗质量满意度及新生儿护理技术的掌握情况。结果观察组的护理质量满意度、医疗质量满意度及新生儿护理技术的掌握情况均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论优质护理能为产妇提供更好的围产服务,提高医疗护理质量及满意度。

Objective To discuss and explore the application effect of high quality nursing service in obstetric department in this study. Methods Retrospective analysis was carried out for 849 parturients＇ complete material. The parturients were divided according to whether they were cared for after the implement of high quality nursing（observation group, with 364 parturients） or they were nursed before that（control group, with 485 parturients）. The parturients＇ satisfaction with quality of nursing, satisfaction with medical quality and skill for caring newborn were compared between two groups. Results The parturients＇ satisfaction with quality of nursing, satisfaction with medical quality and skill for caring newborn were better than those of the control group, with statistical significance（P 0.01）. Conclusions High quality nursing can provide parturients with better perinatal services, which improves the medical quality and satisfaction.
