集束护理预防腹泻患者肛周皮炎的应用研究

Research on Cluster nursing for Preventing Patients with Diarrhea from Perianal Dermatitis

目的探讨集束护理应用于预防腹泻患者肛周皮炎的临床效果。方法选择62例腹泻患者随机分成两组,其中观察组35例采用集束护理干预,对照组27例采用呋喃林炉甘石洗剂外用涂抹法护理干预,观察并对比两组肛周皮炎的发生率、严重程度及愈合时间。结果观察组肛周皮炎的发生率为8.57%,对照组为37.02%,两组比较P<0.05,且肛周皮炎愈合的时间亦明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论集束护理可明显降低腹泻患者肛周皮炎的发生率,减轻肛周皮炎的严重程度,缩短皮炎愈合时间。

Objective To study the clinical effect of care bundles for preventing patients with diarrhea from perianal dermatitis.Methods 62 cases in our hospital from Jun. 2012 to Jun. 2013 were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The observation group（35 cases） was given cluster nursing, while furan calamine lotion was applied to the control group（27 cases）. Incidence,severity and time of healing of the perianal dermatitis were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of perianal dermatitis in the observation group was 8.57%, significantly lower than 37.02% in the control group（P 0.05）; the healing time of crissum dermatitis was significantly less than that of the control group, with statistically significant difference（P 0.05）. Conclusions Cluster nursing can obviously reduce the incidence of perianal dermatitis among patients with diarrhea, alleviate the severity of perianal dermatitis and shorten the healing time of dermatitis.
