泌尿外科疾病合并高血压患者实施综合护理干预效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on Patients with Urological Diseases and Hypertension

目的研究综合护理干预在泌尿外科疾病合并高血压患者护理中的应用效果。方法选取2012年1月至2013年1月在我院进行治疗的130例泌尿外科疾病合并高血压患者,按随机分组原则将其分为实验组和对照组,对照组患者实施常规护理措施,实验组患者在常规护理的基础上实施综合护理干预,通过对比两组患者血压控制水平和患者术后疼痛状况进行效果评价。结果实验组患者中重度疼痛发生率为58.55%,明显低于对照组的83.08%,术后血压控制水平明显优于对照组,比较结果有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论对泌尿外科疾病合并高血压患者实施综合护理干预可明显降低患者术后不良反应,提高治疗效果,建议在临床上推广应用。

Objective To study the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on patients with urological diseases and hypertension. Methods From January 2012 to January 2013, 130 patients with urological diseases and hypertension in our hospital were selected and randomly stratified according to whether they would receive the comprehensive nursing intervention in addition to routine care（experimental group）, or they would receive routine care（control group）. The primary outcome was a comparative evaluation of the level of blood pressure control and postoperative pain conditions between these two groups. Results The patients with moderate to severe pain in the experimental group was 58.55%, significantly lower than that of the control group（83.08%）. Besides, the level of blood pressure control of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group（P 0.05）. Conclusions Comprehensive nursing intervention can significantly reduce the postoperative adverse events, and improve the therapeutic effect for the patients with urological diseases and hypertension, which is recommended in clinical application.
