论川陕省第二次党代会与木门军事会议

On the Second Communist Party Congress and the Mumen Military Conference in Sichuan-Shanxi Province

1933年6月,川陕苏区先后召开了两个十分重要的会议——川陕省第二次党代会和木门军事会议。川陕省第二次党代会对根据地的未来作了明确的战略定位,规划了清晰的发展蓝图,全面部署了党和苏维埃政权的建设、红军扩编和整训等各项工作;木门军事会议就落实党代会的决议和精神,特别是有关部队扩编与整训作出了详细而具体的安排。这两次会议联系紧密,意义重大,是帮助我们解读这一时期川陕苏区历史的一把钥匙。

In June, 1933, Sichuan- Shanxi Soviet area successivelly held two very important conferences the second communist party congress and the Mumen military conference. The second communist party congress made a specific strategic positioning for the future of revolutionary base,made a clear development plan and made a full de- ployment of the soviet regime construction, the Red Army＇s expansion and training work. The Mumen military con- ference made detailed and specific arrangements for the implementation of the resolutions and essence of the second communist party congress. The two meetings are associated with each other and of great big significance,which is a key to help us understand the history of Sichuan - Shanxi Soviet area.
