基于典型相关分析的我国企业技术创新投入与产出的关系研究

Research on Relationship Between Inputs and Outputs of Technological Innovation in Chinese Enterprises Based on Canonical Correlation Analysis

以我国大中型企业为研究对象,构建典型相关分析模型,探讨我国企业技术创新投入与产出的关系,得出企业的技术创新投入和产出具有显著的相关关系,R&D资金投入对技术成果的产出有明显的推动作用,人员的投入则会促进经济成果的产出,技术引进消化吸收资金投入对企业的经济效益产出有着明显的促进作用等结论。据此提出优化我国企业技术创新投入的政策建议。

In this paper, we regard the large and medium-sized enterprises in our country as the research objects, constructthe canonical correlation analysis model and discuss the relationship between technological inputs and outputs. By analysis,we draw relevant conclusions that technological innovation inputs and outputs have significant correlation, that R＆D invest-ments have an obvious role in promoting outputs of technological achievements, that human resources promotes economicoutputs and investments of technological introduction, that the input of digestion and absorption fund have a significant rolein promoting enterprise economic outputs. Finally, we put forward proposals to optimize the enterprise technological innova-tion inputs.
