摘要
高等教育的根本任务是人才培养,提高高等教育质量的首要任务是提高人才培养质量,而提高人才培养质量的根本保障则是拥有一支高素质、高水平的师资队伍。师资队伍的建设已是当前高等院校需要考虑的重要问题,笔者以西安科技大学师资队伍建设为实例,初步提出了应对师资队伍建设的策略与实践方法。
Personnel training is the fundamental task of high education, and the priority should be given to improve the qual-ity of high education. Thus to build a high level personnel with professional qualities should be put in the first place. Theconstruction of teaching staff has been the main concern in universities and colleges. In this paper,the authors ,taking theirown school as a case study, discussed some strategies and methods of the construction of teaching staff.
