重视科技文献检索与分析 提高科研选题的创新性

Emphasis on Search and Analysis of Scientific Literature to Enhance Innovation of Research Topics

指出科研选题中存在的主要问题及文献检索在科研选题中的重要意义,归纳出检索途径、重要信息源及相关数据库在选题中的运用,总结了文献分析研究的的主要方法。强调科技查新、重大科学研究计划、科技报告在科研创新性选题中的作用。通过文献分析使科研选题更加科学合理;合理选择文献检索的工具、方法及途径,有利于准确搜集科研资料、拓宽科研视野和凝练科学问题;通过对检索文献结果的分析与研究,综合运用科技查新手段,有利于实现科研选题和科学研究的创新性。

This paper pointed out the main problems in scientific topics, summarized the importance about literature searchin research themes, summed the roles about retrieval approaches, important information sources and related databases in sci-entific themes,summarized the main methods of literature analysis, emphasized the roles of S＆T novelty,the key programs ofscientific research in scientific and technological research as well as innovation themes. The main conclusions are as follows：literature research makes themes more scientific and reasonable; choosing literature research tools, methods and approachesmay get accurately scientific information and broaden horizons and concise scientific problems. Through analysis of the re-sults of literature research and the use of the novelty tools may benefit the innovation and scientific research as well as sci-entific themes.
