摘要 截至2013年底,苏里格气田已经建成280×108m3/a骨架管网工程,并建成投运处理厂6座,有效确保了气田的安全平稳生产。但随着气田管网系统的逐年增多,系统的风险也在增加,很有必要及时对管网系统进行风险分析和评估,提出优化完善建议,来保证气田的平稳运行、有效控制和灵活调整等功能。针对苏里格气田目前输气管网现状,对管网系统的关键节点,从管线故障下的影响面、气量的灵活调配、节点的有效控制以及应急处理措施的有效发挥等方面进行了较为全面的分析评价,提出了有效的措施和建议,对确保苏里格气田骨架输气管网的安全、平稳、高效运行起到了较好的借鉴和指导作用。 The project of pipeline skeleton of 280x108m3/a had been finished, simultaneously the three treatment plants were completed and put into use in Sulige gasfield at the end of 2013.And these projects effectively ensured a safe and stable production in the gas field. But with the pipeline system rising, the system risk is also increasing, so, in order to ensure smooth operation, effective control and flexible adjustment of the gasfield, it is very neces- sary to carry out the risk analysis and assessment timely on the pipeline system, and give recommendations to optimizing. In this paper, in connection with the current pipeline status of Sulige gasfield, by selecting the key nodes of the pipeline system to analyze and evaluate comprehensively from some aspects such as influence surface of pipeline failure, flexible de- ployment of gas, effective control of nodes, effective application of emergency treatment mea- sures and so on, effective measures and recommendations have been put forward, which can provide with good reference and guide to ensure a safe, stable and efficient operation of pipeline skeleton of Sulige gasfield.
