实验感染肝片吸虫山羊的病理生理学.血液生理生化指标及抗体动态 被引量:3

Study on Pathophysiology of Fasciola hepatica Infection in GoatsⅠ.Kinetic Changes of Physiological and Biochemical Index and Antibody

摘要 给山羊分别实验感染肝片吸虫囊蚴 2 0 0、50 0个 /只 ,感染后每周颈静脉采血 1次 ,测定血液生理生化指标和抗体动态的变化。结果表明 ,山羊实验感染肝片吸虫后 ,血液中 RBC、Hb明显下降 ;WBC和嗜酸性粒细胞数显著增加 ;血清中谷 -草转氨酶 ( AST)从第 2周开始上升 ,第 8周和第 9周达到峰值 ;γ-谷氨酰转肽酶( GGT)于感染后第 7周和第 8周开始升高 ,第 1 0周和第 1 1周达高峰 ;以 ELISA检测抗体表明 ,2个试验组山羊感染后血清中 Ig G分别在第 9周和第 6周达峰值 ,随后均稍有下降 ,一直呈波动趋势 ,但在整个试验期内 ,一直高于对照组 ( P<0 .0 5或 P<0 .0 1 )。分析认为 ,山羊感染肝片吸虫后表现的贫血是正细胞正色素型 ,伴有低白蛋白性 ,肝脏损伤明显 。 The goats were infected with metacercariae of Fasciola hepatica (200 or 500/goat) to study the changes of hemology and antibody post infection.Blood and serum were sampled from jugular veinpuncture once weekly.The changes of red blood cell(RBC),total white blood cell(WBC),eosinophile,hemoglobin(Hb),enzyme in serum(aspartate aminotransferase,AST;gamma glutamyl transferase,GGT) and antibody were checked.The results showed that the RBC and Hb decreased markedly.WBC and eosinophile increased significantly.The activity of AST in experiment groups increased from second week post infection and reached the maximal peak at 9 th and 8 th week post infection in group Ⅰ and Ⅱ,respectively.The activity of GGT in group Ⅰ and Ⅱ increased from 8 th and 7 th week post infection and reached the maximal peak at 10 th and 11 th week post infection,respectively.Antibody was detected with ELISA,it showed that IgG in two groups appeared a kinetic change.At 9 th and 6 th week after infection,IgG of two groups raised to the top.Later,antibodies of two groups kept up and down and always higher than that of the control group(P<0.05 or P <0.01).Finding of analysis showed that anemia induced by Fasciola hepatica is normocytic normochromic type with the hypoalbuminemia,serious damage of liver and enhanced humoral immune.
