摘要
对宜昌某磷矿进行嵌布粒度、单体解离度和元素赋存状态分析,根据工艺矿物学研究制定了选矿工艺流程且获得了较好的浮选指标,并对选矿工艺流程进行了工艺矿相跟踪考察,证明了工艺矿物学在选矿中的重要作用。
Process mineralogy of phosphate rock in Yichang was studied,which contained the mineral dissemination size, monomer dissociation degree and element occurrence, Then the technological process of beneficiation technology was formulated according to the process mineralogy study and obtained a good indicator of flotation concentrate. Then the mineral phase tracking study based on the mineral processing flowsheet was carried out. This paper proves that the process mineralogy play an important part in mineral processing.
