摘要
由于海洋环境恶劣,LNG接收站卸料臂系统存在触发紧急脱离系统终止卸料、泄漏等安全隐患。介绍了卸料臂系统的控制原理、结构和ERS系统的控制原理,列举了卸料臂系统可能存在的几种风险及每种风险的有效控制方法。最后对每种风险的危害程度和发生概率进行分级,再综合考虑危险程度和发生概率得到风险矩阵图。通过风险矩阵图得到对LNG卸料系统影响最大的是液压油污染和PERC管道压力异常。由此深化了对卸料臂系统的认识,为安全平稳卸料提供了理论依据。(图3,表3,参6)
Due to the bad marine environment, LNG unloading arm system has potential safety hazards such as stop unloading or start leaking because of triggering the emergency escape system. The paper introduces the control principle and structure of unloading arm system as well as the control principle of ERS system. Several potential risks and relevant control methods of unloading arm system are enumerated. The hazard rating and probability of each risk is classified and the risk matrix is obtained by considering the hazard degree and probability synthetically. It is suggested that the greatest influence on LNG unloading system is hydraulic oil pollution and PERC pipeline pressure anomaly according to the risk matrix. It deepens the understanding of unloading arm system and provides a theoretical basis for safety and steady unloading. (3 Figures, 3 Tables, 6 References) .
