LNG接收站SOV运行故障分析及处理 被引量:2

摘要 浸没燃烧式气化器(%V)是LNG接收站冬季调峰的重要设备,可一键启动,具有高度自动化的特点,能够自动进行点火、控制和联锁保护。为此,SCV在运行中出现故障时不易判断出具体的原因。从江苏LNG接收站SCV实际运行经验出发,针对SCV点火多次不成功、燃料气不完全燃烧产生炭黑、燃烧炉喷嘴烧坏、SCV负荷达不到额定能力200t/h等现象,结合故障状态和在检修中发现的问题,对SCV发生各种故障的原因进行了详细分析,并提出了调节空燃比、定期全面检查和维护SCV、严格把控SCV的现场安装等建议。相关经验对其他接收站SCV的运行具有一定的借鉴意义。(图4,表1,参6) SCV is an important equipment for the peak shaving of LNG terminals in winter. It's one-key to start, highly automated and can implement automatic ignition, self-control and interlock protection. In view of this, SCV failure causes are not easy to judge. Therefore, from Jiangsu LNG terminal's actual operation experience, according to the phenomena such as repeatedly failure of SCV ignition, incomplete combustion of fuel gas producing carbon black, burner nozzle burning off, SCV rated load capacity less than 200 t/h, combines with fault status and problems fotmd during the inspection, the fault causes of SCV are analyzed in detail. At the same time some suggestions are put forward, such as adjusting the air-fuel ratio, regular overhaul and maintenance of SCV, strictly controlling the on-site installation of SCV, which provides certain references for SCV operations of other receiving terminals.
