摘要
中石油江苏液化天然气有限公司4台日本酉岛泵业生产的SPV900海水泵自投入使用以来,因周期性发生振动值偏高的问题,导致频繁拆修,严重影响了生产。为此,通过解体检修,分析了海水泵振动值偏高的原因:轴承结构设计不合理,没有径向和轴向的约束;吸入的流体中含有大量泥沙,且沙粒又细又硬,轴套、轴承间磨损严重。基于此,对海水泵进行改造:①优化轴承的固定形式;②优化轴套在轴上的固定形式;③泵筒内加冷却水套管;④改变导向轴承的材质。改造后解决了上述问题,相关经验对指导此类海水泵的运行维护具有实际意义。(图13,表3,参6)
Since the four SPV900 sea water pumps which are made by Japanese Torishima Pump put into use in PetroChina LNG Jiangsu Company, failures caused by periodic high vibration value occurred frequently that seriously affected production. Therefore, the reasons of high vibration value of the sea water pumps are analyzed by overhauling: Unreasonable design of the bearing structure design with no radial and axial constraint; Indrawn fluid contains a large amount of sands which are fine and hard, so the shaft sleeve and bearing wear and tear each other badly. Based on this, modifications of the sea water pump are carried out, which include (1)Optimize the fixed form of bearings. (2)Optimize the fixed form of the shaft sleeves on the shafts. (3)Install cooling water sleeves in the pump barrels. (4)Change the material of guide bearings. Above problems are solved after modification and the experiences have practical meaning for guiding the operation and maintenance of this type of the sea water pumps.
