摘要
以枣胚轴为外植体 ,用基本培养基 MS和各种激素不同组合及其配比的 6种培养基进行组织培养 ,结果表明 :在 MS( 1/ 2 MO3-) +1.75mg/ l ZT+0 .0 15mg/ l NAA+4mg/ l KT+2 mg/ lAg NO3和 MS+0 .5mg/ l IBA两种培养基上成苗率都达 4 0 % ,但后一种培养基更有利于诱导生根 ;在用 MS ( 1/ 2 NO3-)作基本培养基 ,添加 0 .2 mg/ l BA和 3mg/ l NAA的培养基上 ,愈伤率最高 ,达 73% ,由愈伤组织分化出不定芽的分化率为 2 7%。
Plumular axis of Zizyphus jujuba Mill on six kinds of MS (1/2 No - 3) culture medium with different combinations and proportions of hormones for tissue culture. The results show that on MS (1/2 NO - 3) + 1 75 mg/l ZT + 0 015 mg/l NAA + 4 mg/l KT + 2 mg/l Ag NO 3 and MS (1/2 NO - 3) + 0 5 mg/l IBA, the percentage of establishment both reach 40 %. And the latter is more effective in guiding root. On MS (1/2 NO - 3) + 0 2 mg/l BA+3 mg/l NAA,the frequency of forming callus is the highest, reachs 73%, and the frequency of callus forming indefinite bud is 27%.
