Investigation of the Healthy Compound Beverage of Eucommia Ulmoides oliv and Walnut

依据测试的杜仲叶、核桃仁的营养成分 ,按照营养互补的原理进行合理复配 ,研制出具有保健、抗疲劳功能的杜仲、核桃复合饮料 。

Based on the previous analysis of the nutritive compositions in eucommia ulmoides oliv leaves and kernels of walnut,a compound(eucommia ulmoides oliv leaves and walnut kernels)beverage,especially functioning on human health and fatigue-recovery,are formulated and proposed in accordance with the nutritive necessity,This work has also invetigated the technology for the production of the compound beverage.
